At BreatheWell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Intimate or personal care items (e.g., nasal strips that have been opened/used).

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable at checkout.

Our team will provide instructions for shipping the product back.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please mention this when contacting us.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
