1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India using trusted courier partners (e.g., Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC).
Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number.
You can use this to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

5. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
If an order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
However, we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within India.
International shipping will be introduced in the future and updated here.
